Dr. Blum and BruckDr. David Blum
received his B.S. in biology from the University of Maryland and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He did an internship in pediatric and behavioral vision care at the SUNY College of Optometry and also interned at the NAS hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. In April of 1988 he and Dr. Bruck joined together to open their Optometric practice here in Manchester, Maryland. His practice is geared toward primary vision care with a special interest in pediatric and behavioral vision. Dr.Eliahu Bruck Our Staff Tim Armstrong has been with this office since 1995 and in the optical business since 1987, with an extensive background in both the manufacturing and dispensing of eyeglasses. He is happy to help educate you on your best frame and lens selections. Holly Herb started with our office in 2007 and has been in the optical business for 11 years. Along with an extensive knowledge of frames, lenses, and contact lenses, she is also our expert on insurances.

has been in practice since 1984. He graduated from University of Maryland and continued on to Southern College to receive his doctorate of Optometry degree. During his studies he interned at the Hadassah hospital in Israel and Corpus Christi naval air station.
